Making time & dispatch 

Every Into Gaia piece is made differently, so please check the product page before ordering. The making time shown there is the time it takes for your piece to be completed and leave us. 

Ready-to-ship 

Dispatched within 1–3 working days. 

Pre-order 

The estimated making or arrival timeframe is shown on the product page. 

Made-to-order 

The making time shown on the product page is the time from placing your order until your piece is ready to leave us. 

Bespoke 

The making time shown on the product page applies unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you. 

Custom 

The timeframe is agreed with you before production begins. 

Once your piece is ready 

Your making time ends when your parcel leaves us and is handed to the courier. 

Standard delivery: 5–7 working days once with the courier. 

Expedited delivery: approximately 1–5 working days, depending on the shipment location and destination. 

Making time and delivery time are separate. Your total wait is the making time shown on the product page plus the courier transit time. 

Ordering more than one piece 

If your order contains pieces with different making or pre-order times and they are all being dispatched from the same country, we'll normally ship the order together once the final piece is ready. If you'd like certain pieces sooner, place separate orders so each piece can be dispatched as soon as it is ready. If pieces are being made or dispatched from different countries, they may arrive in separate parcels. 

Need it by a certain date? 

Please contact us before ordering and tell us the date you need it by. We'll let you know honestly whether we can meet it. Making times shown on product pages are the timeframe we work to.
