Sustainability & Conscious Production

At Into Gaia, we are a conscious, slow-fashion label devoted to honouring the earth and the hands that craft each piece. Every garment is handcrafted in-house by our small team of skilled artisans, created with care, patience, and intention.

We believe in intentional design, mindful sourcing, and small-batch production to avoid waste and overproduction. Your support allows us to move more slowly, more thoughtfully, and more beautifully, and we’re so grateful to have you as part of this journey.

We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your order, and we want to help clarify any questions you may have before placing it. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and duties. If anything feels unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are offered when we’ve temporarily sold out of a fabric or design. As a slow-fashion brand, this allows us time for mindful sourcing and handmade production.
Please note:

  • The production timeline listed on the product page always applies.
  • Expedited shipping only affects delivery time after your piece has been made, it does not speed up production.
  • Every pre-order is handmade with intention, and we truly appreciate your patience.

International Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over £295 GBP / $395 USD / $695 AUD
  • We’re unable to ship to PO Box addresses
  • Orders are shipped from Bali, India, or the UK, depending on the piece selected

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Expedited: 2 to 6 business days
  • Express: 3 to 8 business days
  • Free shipping: 4 to 11 business days

Delivery times are in addition to production time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Delivery may take slightly longer during sale periods, holidays, or to remote locations.

To help ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please include a local phone number for the delivery country.
  • Please add an active email address or WhatsApp number so the courier can contact you if needed.

If you need your order by a specific date, simply leave a note at checkout or email us your full address and required delivery date at hello@intogaia.com, and we’ll always do our best to help.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is not possible to edit or cancel it.

You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please add hello@intogaia.com to your contacts so our emails don’t land in spam.

We kindly ask that you double-check your delivery details before placing your order and ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

If there is any issue with delivery, we recommend contacting your local courier as soon as possible so they can assist you quickly.

Due to Indonesian import regulations, we’re unable to accept undelivered or “Return to Sender” parcels back to Bali. If you need to arrange a return, just email us and we’ll guide you through returning to our UK HQ.

Domestic Shipping in Indonesia

  • Free shipping and returns on all domestic orders within Bali and Indonesia
  • Simply enter your local address at checkout and include a WhatsApp contact number

Import Duties & Taxes

  • Orders to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong include import duties.
  • Orders to the EU, Canada, USA, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa do not include import duties.

For destinations where duties are not included, customers are responsible for any local customs or import charges. These vary by country and may change, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

If customs charges are unpaid and a parcel is held or returned, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

Responsibility

Once your order is with the courier, we rely on them to deliver it safely. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.

While we take every precaution, Into Gaia cannot be responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Shipment delays
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen parcels

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly so they can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • If your order was shipped with free shipping and you return it, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you paid for shipping, this amount is non-refundable and any additional charges incurred during shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly so they can open an investigation as quickly as possible.

We’re unable to offer refunds or store credit for parcels marked as delivered while you were unavailable, away, or unable to receive them, so we kindly recommend arranging a safe delivery option or having someone available to accept your order.
