The things worth knowing now 

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–3 working days. 

Pre-order pieces can generally be cancelled before dispatch and are eligible for our normal change-of-mind returns policy once delivered, subject to applicable law. 

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are created using limited hand-beaded panels. Where applicable, the panel is cut specifically according to the size or specifications selected for your order. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before the panel is cut. Where permitted by applicable law, once the panel has been cut they are final sale for change of mind. 

Custom pieces are personal designs made specifically for you and, where permitted by applicable law, are final sale for change of mind once production has begun.
