All items that are showing as Pre-order, will be shipped an average 2-3 weeks after ordering. Pre-order means your chosen Gaia piece is currently sold out and awaiting more fabric/materials to arrive, however you will get priority shipment once we have made your pre-ordered pieces. RETURNS: We operate a 14-day policy store credit or full refund, but we must be notified within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. Please send details to info@intogaia.co.uk to initiate a return. Once your return is accepted, you will then be notified via email on how to make your return, where we will send instructions on where to send your package

Once your order is made, your item will be carefully wrapped with love and shipped out to you. Please bare in we are currently a small team, so there may be minor delays even though we will go above and beyond, to make sure that doesn't happen.
We currently ship internationally, insured worldwide from Bali. If your country isn't on shipping please email us at info@intogaia.co.uk we will then get you a postage quote and PayPal link.
We at Into Gaia want you to be completely obsessed with your beautiful, handmade item and feel like the true goddess you are. However, once you have made an order, if you are then unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your item. Please keep in mind the following:
- We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- If for any reason the item has been worn or tags are not attached we will have to return the item back to you and your refund will not be processed.
- All items of clothing have been wash tested, returns won't be accepted for items being washed under the wrong instructions. Please find on product page for instructions for cleaning - our products are delicate and we recommend overall dry clean/hand wash in warm water and in separate colour washes.
- We do not accept returns for any embellishments fallen out after being
worn. - Into Gaia retains the right to repair any damaged garment. We also offer an alteration service. Please note, altered garments cannot be returned.
Please note we are not liable for any returns or custom duties, we suggest you send your return tracked.
